»Sei ruhig – halt’ still – sei tot!« – das »Täterintrojekt« als Überlebensstrategie

Neben der klassischen psychoanalytischen Sicht des sog. »Täterintrojekts« als einer Verinnerlichung von Wertvorstellungen, Handlungsstrategien und Beziehungsfantasien über das Opfer, beschreibt der Autor die moderne hypno- und ego-state-therapeutische Auffassung von inneren Selbstanteilen. Diese wurden zum Überlebensschutz des Selbstsystems im Trauma herausgebildet und können als täterimitierende, kindliche Selbstanteile beschrieben werden. Nach der psychologischen Sicht folgt ein Abschnitt über die Neurobiologie der »defensiven Kaskade« und vor allem über die zentrale Bedeutung der »tonischen Immobilisierung« für das erweiterte Verständnis der Entstehung und Funktion von »täterimitierenden Anteilen«.

»Be quiet, keep still, play dead!« – The »Perpetrator Introject« as a Survival Strategy. A psychological and neurobiological interpretation
Alongside the classical psychoanalytic view of the so-called »perpetrator introject« as an internalization of value notions, action strategies and relational fantasies about the victim, the author describes the contemporary hypnotherapeutic and ego state-related interpretation of inner parts of the self. These take shape in trauma as survival protection for the self and can be accurately described as childlike parts of the self that imitate the perpetrator. The psychological elucidation is followed by a section on the neurobiology of the »defensive cascade« and more especially the crucial significance of »tonic immobilization« for a broader understanding of the origins and function of self-parts that »imitate« the perpetrator.
